Sr Business Systems Analyst (Dole Fresh Fruit)

Job SummaryDole Fresh Fruit Company is seeking a dynamic Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to play a critical role in aligning technology solutions with business objectives across our enterprise systems. This role serves as a strategic liaison between IT and business stakeholders to analyze and improve processes, define requirements, and guide system implementations—particularly those integrating with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Salesforce platforms. As a Sr. BSA, you’ll take ownership of requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, and systems integration initiatives. You’ll lead small to mid-sized projects, contribute to larger enterprise projects, and collaborate cross-functionally with both business and technical teams to deliver high-impact solutions.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Process ImprovementServe as the primary liaison between business units and IT to understand processes, gather requirements, and recommend solutions.Lead end-to-end business process reviews to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or optimization.Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, use-case creation, and documentation of business and system requirements.Solution Design & ImplementationTranslate business needs into functional and technical specifications for application development and system integration.Collaborate with development and QA teams to support solution design, testing, and validation activities.Support change management, user training, and deployment strategies to ensure successful adoption.Project LeadershipLead small to medium-scale projects independently; contribute to larger projects under program managers.Track and manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and issues, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Ensure thorough documentation of project activities and changes throughout the lifecycle.Systems Integration & SupportSupport and enhance integrations between internal systems and ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O), Salesforce, and other applications across the company.Identify and support automation opportunities across applications and business processes.Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.Documentation & CommunicationDevelop business process documentation, user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures.Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, leadership, vendors, and consultants.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field requiredMinimum of 5 years of related experienceProfessional certification in project management (e.g. PMI-PMP, Certified ScrumMaster/Product Owner) is preferred.Professional certification in business analysis (e.g. PMI-PBA, IIBA-CBAP, MBA) is strongly preferred.Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft ExcelExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, or any other ERP, highly desirable.Experience with Salesforce is desirable.Domestic and international travel is required up to 25%.Experience with modern programming languagesNo relocation assistance is offered for this role.Qualified candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.
