Junoon restaurant (One michelin star) Looking for a captain to start immidiately.
The Captain is responsible for serving guests in a warm, accommodating and professional manner to ensure total guest satisfaction. They are in charge of a specific station and should always be present on the floor making sure that service runs smoothly.
• positivity, a sense of responsibility and the ability to be flexible throughout our opening process
• strong organizational skills, this will be a detail oriented environment
Prior fine dining experience in a New York City restaurant is recommended. Significant service experience in an upscale dining establishment preferred
Ability to direct a small team
Ability to improvise and make impromptu decisions in accordance with the steps of service and the restaurant’s standards
Open availability
Able to effectively communicate in English
