Media Specialist

Base pay range $35.00/hr - $40.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Ultimate Staffing Media Specialist Location: Irvine, CA Pay Rate: $35-$40/hr Schedule: Mon to Fri (8am-5pm) - 100% On-Site Type: Temporary for 3 month project Key responsibilities Support the Media team with the planning, execution, and integration of all Tier 1 and Tier 2 media Support with the development of upcoming year-long 2026 media plans across all channels Work closely with agency partners to ensure deliverables across all campaigns are received Help maintain internal documents (i.e. flowcharts, trackers, KNA documents) Required Skills Media planning/buying experience (Linear, Print, Out of Home), preferably within the auto category but not a must Understanding of digital media planning along with measurement and analytics to include search and programmatic Hands-on experience with budget/financial software, and collaboration tools Demonstrated project management and integration experience Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
