IT Business Analyst Opportunity

The Salesforce Business Analyst sits within the Technology Organization and reports to the Salesforce/CRM Manager, working at the intersection of the business and the Salesforce platform. Your specific duties will include:

1. Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with sales, marketing, and design studio stakeholders to define Salesforce enhancements.
2. Translate business needs into functional specifications for Sales Cloud and lead management processes.
3. Map current and future state business processes across the lead-to-sale journey.
4. Partner with Salesforce administrators and developers on solution design, configuration, and testing.
5. Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation within an agile framework.
6. Analyze Salesforce data, reports, and dashboards to support business decisions.
7. Identify, analyze, and resolve application issues across Sales Cloud.
8. Coordinate user acceptance testing and support QA efforts for new Salesforce releases.
9. Support release management and change control for Salesforce platform updates.
10. Manage small project workstreams from initiation through go live.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, including at least 3 years focused on Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
• Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting requirements for Salesforce and lead management initiatives.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Experience with SDLC and agile frameworks, including epic, feature, and story processes.
• Experience with SQL.

Preferred Qualifications for the Position Include:

• Salesforce Business Analyst or Advanced Administrator certification.
• Agile practice certification, such as CSM or AAC.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, such as marketing automation or ERP systems.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Data Cloud, Agentforce.
• Homebuilding or building products industry experience.

Pay Rate: $67.00 per hour. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
