What You'll Do

• Support the planning and execution of outreach events and informational campaigns.
• Answer questions and provide accurate information in a professional, approachable manner.
• Gather community feedback and share insights with leadership to help improve outreach efforts.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve outreach goals and strengthen community relationships.
• Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, leadership, and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for community involvement and relationship building.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable speaking with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Previous experience in community outreach, customer service, nonprofit organizations, hospitality, retail, or public-facing roles is a plus but not required.
