Position Overview

As a Remote Sales Team Leader , you'll work with qualified clients while helping coach and develop a team of professionals. You'll receive ongoing mentorship, leadership training, and the tools needed to grow within a collaborative remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

• Coach, mentor, and support team members in achieving individual and team goals

• Foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performance team culture

• Participate in leadership meetings, coaching sessions, and professional development

• Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and service excellence

Client Relationship Management

• Meet with clients through Zoom and phone appointments

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Educate clients on available benefits and coverage options

• Assist clients with enrollment, policy updates, and ongoing service needs

Business Development

• Work with company-provided qualified leads

• Implement effective client service and sales strategies

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
