Lead Server And Trainer

Join our team at Chatsworth by Erickson Senior Living as a part-time lead server and trainer. Play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our residents. In this role, you'll serve meals with a friendly and service-oriented approach while training new servers, runners, bussers, utility staff, and catering team members.

Work Schedule:

Sunday & Monday: 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM

OFF: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Work: Friday & Saturday: 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM

Compensation: $17.00 an hour, commensurate with experience

Quality of life most of our restaurant's employees' are out before 9pm

How you will make an impact:

Greet guests promptly as they arrive at their table.

Inform guests of daily specials and provide detailed explanations of menu items, including ingredients and cooking methods.

Train new servers, runners, bussers, utility staff, and catering team members.

Address guest complaints in a positive and professional manner.

Ensure that both the front of the house and kitchen adhere to sanitation standards.

Complete tasks such as bussing, running, meal plating, and utility and catering duties.

This position requires the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and with a sense of urgency.

What you will need:

Previous experience in the role being trained, along with a positive review status, reports working on time, and good attendance

Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays

Experience in a kitchen/service environment preferred

Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds

Ability to work in extreme temperatures including hot kitchen to refrigerators and freezers
