Senior Partnership Alliances Manager (ServiceNow)

Are you ready to make an impact? West Monroe is seeking an experienced Senior Partnership Alliances Manager (ServiceNow) to lead and scale our strategic partnership with ServiceNow. This role is accountable for driving joint go-to-market execution, solution development, and revenue growth, aligned to the ServiceNow ecosystem and the Now Platform. You will serve on our ServiceNow Partnership team, working closely with our ServiceNow Partner Leader, as the primary operational owner for ServiceNow, responsible for activating the partnership across sales, marketing, and West Monroe’s partner value metrics to ServiceNow. The role requires strong ServiceNow relationships, understanding of ServiceNow’s operating model, including co-sell motions, partner programs, industry solutions, and scorecard management. Your objective is to expand West Monroe’s ServiceNow footprint by driving measurable pipeline, accelerating deal velocity, maturing West Monroe’s standing in partner value metrics with ServiceNow, and assisting in the differentiation of our offerings on the platform. To fuel accelerated growth and outcomes, West Monroe encourages innovation through its alliance ecosystem. In this role, you will strengthen relationships within ServiceNow, align to their strategic initiatives (for example: workflow transformation, AI-enabled automation, and industry solutions), and operationalize joint priorities across our Lines of Business. You will also lead performance tracking against alliance KPIs and provide regular insights to firm leadership. Technology & Experience As part of our TechEx business unit, this role acts as a catalyst for translating alliance strategy and resources into tangible revenue outcomes. You will embed ServiceNow into West Monroe’s go-to-market motions, ensuring alignment across field sales, marketing, and alliances organizations. Within this team, the ServiceNow PAM plays a critical role in: Defining how we take ServiceNow-enabled solutions to market Activating joint sales motions with ServiceNow account teams Identifying whitespace opportunities across industries and accounts Driving consistency in messaging, value proposition, and delivery approach The mission is to ensure West Monroe remains a relevant, differentiated, and high-performing ServiceNow partner by aligning to market demand, innovation priorities, and client needs. Responsibilities ServiceNow Partnership Operations Contribute to and execute West Monroe’s alliance strategy for ServiceNow, aligned to West Monroe growth priorities and ServiceNow partner objectives Build and maintain relationships across ServiceNow (partner management, sales, product, and industry leaders) Serve as the central point of coordination for all ServiceNow-related activities within the firm Performance Management Track and report on key alliance metrics including deal registration, pipeline, bookings, certifications, partner tier status, and customer outcomes Monitor partner scorecards and ensure compliance with ServiceNow program requirements Provide regular reporting and strategic insights to senior leadership Revenue Growth and Co-Sell Execution Drive joint pipeline development through account mapping, co-sell motions, and aligned sales planning with ServiceNow field teams Partner with West Monroe Business Developers and Consulting Leaders to influence and support in-market pursuits Establish and maintain disciplined governance around pipeline tracking, attribution, and conversion Solution and Offering Development Collaborate with broader ServiceNow team at West Monroe and delivery teams to build, refine, and scale ServiceNow-based offerings Establish connections enabling West Monroe to create industry-specific and workflow-led solutions aligned to ServiceNow priorities (for example: CSM, HRSD, SecOps, and AI-enabled workflows) Support creation of accelerators, assets, and reusable IP that differentiate West Monroe in the ServiceNow ecosystem Marketing and Ecosystem Activation Activate joint marketing initiatives with ServiceNow, including campaigns, events, field enablement/account-mapping, and thought leadership Increase brand visibility within the ServiceNow ecosystem and marketplace Ensure alignment with ServiceNow partner programs, competencies, and specialization requirements Internal Enablement Facilitate resources to enable sales, account, and delivery teams on ServiceNow capabilities, positioning, and GTM plays Promote adoption of ServiceNow-centric solutions across Lines of Business Align incentives and behaviors to support partnership growth Market Intelligence and Innovation Stay current on ServiceNow product roadmap, platform innovations (including AI and automation), and competitive landscape Identify opportunities to expand West Monroe’s role within the ServiceNow ecosystem Recommend new partnership motions, investments, and growth strategies Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. 5+ years of experience in alliance management, partnership development, or business development within a consulting or digital services environment Strong network inside ServiceNow and surrounding ecosystem Direct experience working with ServiceNow as a partner, including familiarity with the Now Platform, partner programs, and co-sell motions Demonstrated success driving revenue through strategic alliances, particularly within enterprise technology ecosystems Strong understanding of ServiceNow workflows (such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps) and their application in digital transformation Experience building joint go-to-market strategies, offerings, and pipeline with hyperscalers or enterprise SaaS platforms Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external partner executives Strong commercial acumen, including deal shaping, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting Ability to operate cross-functionally in a matrixed organization and drive alignment across sales, marketing, and delivery teams Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment A commitment to inclusion and diversity, and openness to new ideas and perspectives. Salary and Benefits Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role is listed below. Information on our competitive total rewards package, including our bonus structure and benefits is here. Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity. Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401(k) plan, purchase shares from our employee stock ownership program and be eligible to receive annual bonuses. Employees will also receive unlimited flexible time off and ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Eligibility for ten weeks of paid parental leave will also be available upon hire date.
