Job Title: Bottle Line Worker PAYING $22 an hour

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Bottle Line Worker, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring efficient loading and unloading of boxes from the production line. You will handle boxes weighing 11 lbs with a target of 20 boxes per minute.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload boxes from the production line.
• Ensure quality checks and labeling of products.
• Assist in covering processes and machines.
• Conduct assembly inspection and packing.
• Maintain a fast-paced workflow in alignment with production goals.

Essential Skills

• Experience in general labor and assembly line work.
• Proficiency in machine operation and bottling.
• Knowledge of high-speed manufacturing and production line processes.
• Mechanical aptitude and general production skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strict adherence to attendance policies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled, clean, and well-maintained facility. The position offers two shifts: 1st shift from 5:30 am to 2 pm and 2nd shift from 2:30 pm to 11 pm, Monday through Friday. PPE requirements include steel-toed boots, and the dress code excludes sweatpants, jeans with holes, and jewelry.

This is a Contract position based out of LOUISVILLE, KY.

The pay range for this position is $17.86 - $17.86/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in LOUISVILLE,KY.
