Job Title: Bottle Line Worker Job Description

The bottle line worker loads and unloads boxes on a high-speed production line, ensuring products move efficiently through bottling, labeling, and packing processes while maintaining quality and safety standards.

• Load and unload boxes from the production line at a rate of approximately 20 boxes per minute.
• Handle bottled products weighing around 11 pounds each in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform general labor tasks to support continuous production flow on the assembly line.
• Operate and assist with bottling and production line machinery in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Support various processes and machines on the line rather than managing people, stepping in where needed to keep operations running smoothly.
• Assist with labeling activities to ensure products are correctly and consistently identified.
• Conduct basic quality checks and assembly inspections to confirm products meet established standards.
• Pack finished products accurately and securely for shipment or further processing.
• Work closely alongside the line lead and follow direction from shift leadership to meet production goals.
• Maintain a fast-paced workload while adhering to safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Follow all facility rules regarding personal protective equipment and appropriate work attire.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality to support consistent production scheduling.

• Experience in general labor and production line work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on an assembly line and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and speed.
• Familiarity with bottling operations and high-speed manufacturing processes.
• Basic machine operation skills with the ability to learn and follow equipment procedures.
• Mechanical aptitude to understand how production and bottling machinery functions.
• Ability to perform labeling, quality checks, assembly inspection, and packing tasks.
• Capacity to handle and lift bottles and boxes weighing approximately 11 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to maintain fast production output and keep up with a high-paced workload.
• Strong reliability and commitment to good attendance in a strict attendance environment.

• Previous experience in general production or manufacturing environments.
• Experience working in climate-controlled facilities or on high-speed production lines.
• Comfort working under structured processes and following guidance from shift leadership and line leads.
• Attention to detail when inspecting products, labels, and packaging.
• Willingness to rotate tasks regularly and adapt to different stages of the production process.

The role is based in a very clean, climate-controlled production facility that supports high-speed manufacturing and bottling operations. Team members work Monday through Friday on either a first shift (5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) or second shift (2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.), following structured processes on the production line. Personal protective equipment includes steel-toe footwear, and attire must be practical and safe, with no sweatpants, no holes in jeans, and no jewelry. The environment is organized, professional, and focused on safety, efficiency, and consistent production output.

This is a Contract position based out of Louisville, KY 40214.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
