Diverse Staffing is hiring Production Packers for a growing manufacturing facility in Jeffersontown, KY. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering weekly pay, consistent full-time hours, and the potential for long-term employment.

Job Duties

• Pack finished bottles into cartons and shipping containers
• Monitor production lines for quality issues and downed bottles
• Load box makers and inserters with packaging materials
• Move finished products onto pallets following required stacking patterns
• Lift containers of bottles into collection bins and gaylords
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and production-ready

Work Environment

• Manufacturing production facility
• Fast-paced production environment
• Continuous standing and walking throughout the shift
• Repetitive hand and arm movements required
• Frequent lifting of materials up to 35 pounds
• Noise levels may require hearing protection
• Safety equipment and PPE may be required in designated areas

Requirements

• Ability to read, count, and follow work instructions
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds throughout the shift
• Able to stand, bend, reach, twist, and move continuously during a 12-hour shift
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Ability to work assigned rotating schedule
• Ability to work safely in a production environment
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to follow instructions
