WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Working as support in absence of the Dining Room Manager supervising servers, serving a group of tables in the dining room, taking & delivery of orders, and ensuring overall satisfaction of guests.
- Ensures exceptional sanitation and service standards are met in our Restaurant and Bistro
- Building lasting relationships with friendly customers and working with a team who appreciates your enthusiasm and leadership
WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in verbal and written English
- Basic knowledge of point of sale system
- Server / Waitstaff experience in Upscale Dining, Hotel, Club, Resort or Restaurant
