Compensation Analyst

Summary The Compensation Analyst will design and administer competitive total compensation programs for a multi-state luxury retail business, including base pay, incentive plans, and commission structures. This role partners with HR and business leaders to align pay programs with brand and performance objectives and provides analytical insights and recommendations. The position requires independent judgment, strong analytical skills, and attention to multi-jurisdictional compliance. Responsibilities Design and administer base pay, incentive, and commission programs tailored for luxury retail. Develop, evaluate, and monitor commission structures for showroom and boutique colleagues. Conduct multi-state market pricing, benchmarking, and compensation surveys. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local pay regulations and maintain documentation and audit processes. Deliver compensation reports, dashboards, and pay equity analyses to leadership. Work autonomously to develop recommendations and resolve compensation issues. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably in luxury retail or a similar industry. Expertise in total compensation programs, including commission structures and incentive plans. Multi-state compensation experience with strong knowledge of compliance requirements.
