Senior Storage Program Manager

Senior Storage Program Manager (Hybrid) Position designed as a hybrid role with an expectation to work an average of two days per week from an HPE office. This role provides support and/or leads teams through the product development lifecycle, implementing HPE’s storage products and services. Responsibilities Manage and lead one or more programs involving multiple functions and project teams to drive product offering and implementation for a product or service. Develop schedules, ensure alignment, and execute critical deliverables within scheduled timeframes. Manage program budget, resource allocation plan, and other supporting requirements for program objectives. Oversee project team activities and external partners to ensure progress against the plan, adjusting schedule and resources as needed. Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborate with manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes. Resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and product roadmaps. Drive innovation and integrate new technologies into programs to gain efficiencies. Lead and mentor less‑experienced staff members. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. Preferred PMP/PMI certification. 6–10 years of experience as a program manager. Extensive experience using Smartsheet and other program planning tools. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Demonstrated business acumen and experience managing all aspects of programs, including stakeholder communication and managing large matrixed teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and the local language required. Ability to negotiate options at senior management levels. Operates independently with minimal guidance. Benefits and Compensation Annual Salary: USD 111,000 – 211,000 (Colorado); USD 120,000 – 228,000 (Massachusetts); USD 105,500 – 243,000 (North Carolina & Texas).
