Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Pediatric CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Manage the operating room and assist surgeons during procedures.

Monitor vital signs and provide pre- and post-operative care to pediatric patients.

Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams including Charge RNs and CSTs.

Function in multiple service lines such as Orthopedic, ENT, and Cardiac.

Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Communicate effectively with staff and ensure excellent patient care.

Qualifications

Minimum 1-year of current acute care hospital PEDS CVOR RN experience.

Active BLS and ACLS certifications.

Cardiac/Open Heart surgery experience is required.

Previous pediatric experience is preferred.

Ability to function in multiple service lines is preferred.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.
