Operations Specialist

Position Objective The Operations Specialist takes an individual who takes pride and ownership in their work, is conscientious, enjoys physical work, is driven to interact with others, responds positively to pressure, and has an internal drive. Occupation Specific Tasks Safety is the priority Ability to grade grain, sample grain, and store grain delivered by customers after being properly trained Maintain grain grading license Work with team to ship and receive grain commodities Monitor grain quality and ensure it meets all standards Ability to tear down and rebuild equipment after being properly trained Ability to write detailed reports on machine activity hourly Work with team to monitor equipment and troubleshoot equipment Attention to detail and self‑pride in a job well done Understand that the team is the face of Centerra Co‑op Ability to provide outstanding customer service at all times Perform other duties as requested by management Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Other Information Extended hours during harvest to meet customer needs and business expectations. Confidentiality agreement. Travel between Coshocton and Hebron facilities. During peak business seasons or times of increased demand, this role may be assigned temporary duties in other departments. Such cross‑department support is essential to maintaining service levels and ensuring smooth company operations.
