Business Analyst with utility industry exp

Location: Springfield. VA-3 days hybrid

\n

\n

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction now and in the future. The company will not sponsor employment visas for this role

\n

\n

In the meantime, I have an immediate need for a Business Analyst to support the Utility portfolio, and I'd appreciate your help identifying candidates as quickly as possible.

\n

\n

The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

\n

\n
    \n
  • Located in the DMV area and within driving distance, with the flexibility to come onsite as needed, including extended periods when required and potentially 3 days a week.
    • \n
  • Strong technical aptitude and utility industry experience.
    • \n
  • SAP experience is highly desirable, as several upcoming initiatives are SAP-focused.
    • \n
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • \n
  • Proven ability to develop thorough business process and workflow documentation.
    • \n
  • Strong experience translating business needs into technical requirements and solution designs.
    • \n
  • Experience working within Agile delivery teams is a plus.
    • \n
