Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist is a hybrid creative designer + project manager responsible for delivering highquality visual assets, coordinating crossfunctional workflows, and managing endtoend production. The Marketing Specialist partners with product marketing, communications, engineering, sales enablement, digital teams, and external vendors to deliver aligned, on-brand creative assets. They manage intake, scoping, scheduling, approvals, and production workflows to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery of marketing materials. This role requires a strong balance of creativity, organization, and collaboration. Maintains graphic standards as established for specific product brands. This role is results-oriented, a team player, excellence-driven, and has a strong work ethic and integrity. The Marketing Specialist applies attention to detail and organizational skills to be responsible for the management of various marketing materials and production needs.Position Responsibilities may include:Develop highquality visual/marketing assets across print, digital, social, environmental, and presentation channelsSupporting and execution of content and copywriting needsMaintain and enhance design systems, brand templates, and asset librariesProvide design, editing, illustration, and layout execution Ensure all deliverables uphold brand standards and visual identity guidelines.Manage creative projects from intake through scoping, timelines, reviews, approvals, and final delivery to channel and appropriate publishing/distribution Facilitate communication with crossfunctional partners, clarifying requirements and prioritiesCoordinate work with internal production teams and external vendors to ensure accuracy and timely outputDocument project milestones, maintain organized files, and support workflow optimizationSupport campaigns, product launches, and crosschannel creative needsContribute to preproduction planning and assist with render, video, and photo needsProvide conceptual design thinking, creative insight, and feedback during planning and review sessionsServe as a brand and design resource for marketing and business partnersPerform additional duties as neededParticipate in additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needsNature & Scope:Applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experienceManages projects and processes while working independently and with limited supervisionCoaches and reviews the work of lower-level professionals Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex; takes a new perspective on existing solutions.Knowledge & Skills:Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); digital first design tools preferredStrong understanding of print production, digital asset creation, and design systemsEffective project and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple prioritiesExceptional collaboration and communication skills; able to articulate concepts and guide stakeholdersProactive problem-solving skills with the ability to independently drive tasks to completionHigh attention to detail, accuracy, and consistencyFamiliarity with both Mac and PC design workflowsDemonstrates company values: integrity, accountability, teamwork, humility, caring, and safetySelf-Starter, possesses the ability to act and operate efficiently and independently to accomplish objectives Optimum time management skills with attention to detail, especially under pressure or time-sensitive deadlines Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills Willingness to learn established department processes and suggest improvements Values are: honesty, integrity, accountability, humility, caring, teamwork, and safety.Experience:A minimum of 7 years of experience in graphic design, creative services, or marketing communicationsExperience working within matrixed or cross-functional environments preferredProject management experience preferred.HVAC experience would be nice to have but is not required.Education/Certification:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Media Arts, or Project Management in a creative capacity (in-house and/or agency), or equivalent professional experience People Management: NoPhysical Requirements / Work Environment:Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodationsPhysically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
