Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patients’ unique needs and best practices. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy, to support patients in managing their mental health challenges. Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and clinic standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic and coordinated care for all patients. Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance therapeutic outcomes and share best practices. Provide education and consistent support to patients and their families, equipping them with essential mental health resources and coping strategies. Stay updated on the latest research and clinical practices in the field to continually improve treatment methodologies and client care. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population ranging from adolescents to older adults, presenting various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required. A valid LCSW license in the state of Nevada is mandatory. Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience with a focus on psychotherapy is essential. Proficiency in implementing solution-based psychotherapy interventions to drive effective patient outcomes. Strong communication skills, notably in virtual communication settings, and exceptional problem-solving abilities. Preferred Experience Experience in telehealth services and familiarity with virtual therapy platforms. Previous involvement in case management or crisis intervention work.
