About the Role:

Kirsch and Moradi Dental is looking for a friendly and organized Dental Front Office team member to join our practice in Lake Forest, CA! This is a fantastic opportunity to be the welcoming face of a patient-focused, family friendly dental office that has been a staple of the community for 50+ years. We have a great practice that is patient centric and we like to create a warm and welcoming environment to both our patients and our staff.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients, creating a warm and welcoming front office experience
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software
• Verify dental insurance benefits and process claims accurately and efficiently
• Collect and post patient payments, co-pays, and handle billing inquiries
• Answer phones, respond to patient questions, and manage office correspondence
• Maintain and update accurate patient records and treatment documentation
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day

Requirements:

• Prior dental front office or dental administrative experience preferred
• Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix preferred)
• Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in basic computer skills and office technology
• Positive, professional, and dependable team player
