- Develop and maintain a portfolio of commercial loans.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.
- Evaluate loan applications, including financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information.
- Structure loan terms and conditions to meet the needs of clients while adhering to bank policies and regulations.
- Monitor loan performance and manage risk within the portfolio.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the lending process.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of banking services.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial lending or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of commercial lending practices, credit analysis, and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
