Job Description As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Pleasant Prairie, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to alarms and security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour Minimum 1 plus years of Security experience Or prior Law Enforcement or Military experience required Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history Job Schedule: DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMFri02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, employees, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and document relevant security-related activity in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including building interiors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, to help deter unauthorized activity. Report property concerns, access issues, and unusual conditions while maintaining accurate daily activity and incident documentation. Minimum Requirements: At least one year of security-related experience is required. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
