Job Description As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Pleasant Prairie, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help deter incidents, respond to alarms, and support access control activities. This driving position offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour Minimum 1 plus years of Security experience Or prior Law Enforcement or Military experience required Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history Job Schedule: DayTimeWed10:00 PM - 06:00 AMThur10:00 PM - 06:00 AMFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSat10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with appropriate contacts. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout commercial office areas, common spaces, parking facilities, and the surrounding perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location. Monitor entrances, visitor activity, and facility conditions, reporting unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues according to location procedures. Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications to support continuity of operations. Minimum Requirements: At least one year of security-related experience is required. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
