Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
- Provide therapy and counseling sessions using various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused, and trauma-informed approaches
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
- Promote client engagement and empower individuals to achieve their mental health goals
- Participate in supervision, training, and ongoing professional development initiatives
- Valid LCSW license in New Hampshire or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Proven experience in clinical social work, mental health, or related fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
