Come join us if you are a self‑starter! Responsibilities Maintain and repair equipment and facilities. Schedule and perform preventative and corrective maintenance for equipment such as presses, conveyors, motors, pumps, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and PLC-controlled machinery. Responsible for the coordination and recordation of all maintenance/safety related inspections (i.e., smoke detectors, water treatment, temperatures, etc.). Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues; ensure timely and effective resolution. Monitor work orders and assign tasks using the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System, if needed). Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and environmental guidelines. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify maintenance priorities and reduce downtime. Maintain and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Maintain proper inventory of parts, tools, and supplies; assist in managing vendor relationships. Participate in capital projects, equipment installations, and facility upgrades as needed. Provide regular reporting and Root Cause Corrective Action on maintenance performance, downtime causes, and project status. Qualifications Associate degree or technical certification in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, or a related field. Experience with PLCs, VFDs, robotics, and automated control systems. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or TPM principles. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. Work in hot, cold, noisy, or dusty environments. Occasionally climb ladders or work at heights.
