As a Sr. Financial Analyst - Business Partner, you will play a key role in analyzing financial and operational data, providing insights, and collaborating with the Commercial and Pricing teams to optimize processes, profitability, and achieve strategic goals.Essential Job DutiesPartner with Commercial and Pricing leaders to build dashboards, analyze KPIs and develop strategies for profitable revenue growth.Conduct customer deal analysis, evaluate selling effectiveness, and assess financial implications of Sales and Pricing initiatives.Research industry and competitive trends to identify emerging opportunities and strategic areas of interest.Recommend actions in pricing optimization, customer segmentation, competitive analytics, and commercial strategy.Develop business strategies, processes, and models, providing insights on their impact.Collaborate with business leaders to plan and implement strategic initiatives.Support ad hoc projects and reporting as neededSupervisory ResponsibilitiesNot responsible for supervising employees.Education & ExperienceBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.5+ years of related experience in Finance, Supply Chain, and/or CommercialPreferred RequirementsPowerBI and dashboarding experienceExperience with VBA, SQL, and/or Python codingAdvanced Excel knowledge (Including Power Pivot)Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc. Ability to create, maintain, and incorporate functions into Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, databases, and PowerPoint presentations to support business objectives.Regularly uses moderately complex oral and written skills.
