Brock T. Quinn State Farm Agency is looking for confident, energetic people to join our team as Part-Time Sales Callers .

This is NOT a typical call center job

You'll be calling warm leads-people who previously requested an insurance quote or expressed interest in our services -to see if they're interested in receiving an updated quote.

Your job isn't to sell or explain complicated insurance products. Your job is to start conversations, generate qualified opportunities, and connect interested customers with our licensed sales team

This can be a great fit for college students, former athletes, or anyone with a competitive background looking for flexible hours, performance-based pay, and professional sales experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Call warm leads who have previously expressed interest in an insurance quote
• Start friendly, professional conversations with prospective customers
• Ask a few simple questions and determine interest in receiving an updated quote
• Generate qualified quote opportunities for our licensed insurance team
• Follow up with prospective customers
• Track basic call results and activity in our system
• Work toward individual call, quote, and performance goals

WHY THIS JOB IS DIFFERENT

Warm Leads
You're not randomly calling people from a phone book. You'll primarily contact people who previously requested quotes or expressed interest.

Short Shifts
Typical shifts are just 4-5 hours , allowing you to stay focused and productive.

Flexible Schedule
We offer morning and evening shift options that can work well around school or other commitments.

Performance Pays
Your effort directly impacts your earning potential. Generate more qualified opportunities and sales, and you can earn more.

Develop Real Sales Skills
You'll receive training and coaching while developing communication, confidence, persistence, and sales skills that can benefit you throughout your career.

COMPENSATION

Base Pay: $12-$14/hour

Plus Performance Incentives:

• $5 for every qualified quote opportunity you generate
• $10 for every policy closed from your calls

Plus Monthly Performance Bonuses:

• 15 sales = $100 bonus
• 25 sales = $250 bonus
• 35+ sales = $500 bonus

High-performing team members can earn approximately $18-$30/hour in total compensation when base pay and earned incentives are combined

Actual compensation will depend on hours worked and individual performance.

SCHEDULE

• Part-time: approximately 15-25 hours per week
• Typical shifts: 4-5 hours
• Flexible scheduling
• Morning and evening shifts available

Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, appointment-setting, or other customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required .

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Comfortable spending a significant portion of your shift on the phone
• Ability to work independently and remain focused
• Reliable attendance
• Must meet applicable background screening requirements
