What if your expertise meant a production line never missed a beat? As a Customer-Site Equipment Reliability Technologist, you’ll be the hands-on pro ensuring our systems operate at peak performance across multiple sites. You’ll handle installation prep, PMs, troubleshooting, and repairs spanning hardware, software, and networking—traveling domestically about 20–30% of the time.

How You’ll Make an Impact

1. Own on-site service — Perform contracted preventive and unscheduled maintenance, consumable changes, installations, and start-ups at customer facilities or our service center.
2. Diagnose with rigor — Apply manuals, maintenance checklists, and protocols to isolate mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures, then resolve or escalate appropriately.
3. Document like a pro — Record PMs, downtime, issues, and labor details in customer-owned systems; produce reports supporting product movements and justifying on-site service.
4. Keep parts moving — Order and expedite components; notify customers and leadership when full product replacement is required.
5. Install with precision — Under direction, execute phase-one CMP tool installation activities (dock, level, and interconnect) to prepare equipment for power-on.
6. Be the trusted voice — Serve as the primary contact for technical/service questions; provide operational and maintenance guidance to customers.
7. Level up the team — Guide other field technicians and field service engineers; train and mentor Field Service Technicians I–III.
8. Adapt and assist — Support service center operations and jump in to assist other customer sites as needed.

Work Practices

• Complete Finesse training to properly manage parts usage and transactions.
• Comply with EBARA and customer safety policies, including all required safety training.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

• Associate of Science in Electronics, an accredited basic electronics program, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred 6–10 years of related work experience; semiconductor industry background strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with knowledge of semiconductor and/or vacuum technology.
• Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.
