As an Occupational Therapist at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, you will play a critical role in providing skilled Occupational therapy to our residents. Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled Occupational therapy to residents, including assessments, treatments, and goal development
- Document all patient interactions and outcomes in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive resident care
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude, promoting a warm and caring environment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve resident outcomes and care
Requirements:
- Valid Florida professional license as an Occupational Therapist
- Accepting new and seasoned therapists
- Must have a degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Must be knowledgeable of PDPM, LTC programing and OT scope of practice
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate Net Health and Point Click Care
