About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Growth to take on the pivotal role of building and scaling the demand engine. This is a hands-on, strategic position that involves creating pipeline, sharpening messaging, and transforming early traction into a repeatable growth motion. The successful candidate will be responsible for demand creation across various channels, including signal-based outbound, content, partnerships, and referrals. They will also be tasked with defining the ideal customer profile, writing and testing messaging, optimizing conversion, and creating the necessary systems to measure and scale the growth efforts. This role is ideal for a founding marketer, GTM engineer, or similar professional who is comfortable with both strategic planning and hands-on execution, and who is excited to work directly with the CEO to define the go-to-market foundation. Applicants for the Head of Growth position at the company should be prepared to take on a founding role in the demand generation process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building growth from the ground up and will be adept at all aspects of early go-to-market strategy. This includes but is not limited to, demand creation, signal-based outbound, content development, partnerships, and referral programs. The role requires a systems-minded individual who can turn early traction into a predictable growth engine and is comfortable with the full stack of GTM activities. The Head of Growth will have the opportunity to work with a small, technical, and highly ambitious team, and must be ready to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
