This is an active, on-your-feet role — you’ll move around the facility, support families face-to-face, and help keep our lobby organized and running smoothly. This is not a sit-down receptionist or call-center position. Weekend availability is required. You’ll greet families, handle lesson registrations, answer questions, and make each guest feel valued — all while working in a positive, team-oriented setting. About Waterworks Aquatics Waterworks Aquatics is a premier swim school with over 35 locations across California and Colorado. We teach children (ages 3 months and up) and adults how to swim. How You’ll Create a Great Experience Be the welcoming face of Waterworks — greet and assist families in person and over the phone. Register new customers, schedule lessons, process payments, and manage accounts. Communicate clearly and help families choose the right lesson packages. Listen with empathy and find creative solutions to meet families’ needs. Enjoy interacting with children and families in a lively, fast-paced environment. Help maintain a clean and safe lobby by wiping down surfaces, keeping floors dry, and restocking supplies as needed. Work as part of a supportive team to reach registration and retention goals. High school diploma or equivalent; strong verbal communication and computer skills. Proficient typing (40+ WPM) and comfort with basic POS systems. Weekend availability required.
