Outreach Coordinator

Description
- Report to the Director of Marketing, Executive Board, and Chief of Staff.
- Maintain a schedule of consistent office hours.
- Staff all campus outreach-related informing students as to the role that SA plays in undergraduate student life as assigned.
- Have a good understanding of how SA operates, to educate interested attendees of outreach-related events on the organization.
- Post updated fliers, slideshows, graphics, and images around campus as assigned.
- Attend all regularly scheduled departmental meetings organized by Marketing Director.
- Attend all applicable staff meetings, trainings, and activities, as well as completing any necessary preparatory tasks in advance of those meetings.
- Complete additional tasks at the direction of the Executive Board, Chief of Staff, and Director of Marketing.
- Maintain a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm reflecting SA's commitment to the student body, and refrain from actions that would reflect poorly on the organization.
- Review own timesheet on a weekly basis and submit necessary corrections, to allow payroll to be processed in a timely manner.
- Maintain a strict policy of viewpoint neutrality, providing no club or organization an advantage over any other.
- Check one's email daily.
