About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Procurement to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive enterprise procurement strategy. This executive leadership role is pivotal in driving innovation, strategic sourcing, and digital transformation initiatives that directly contribute to the organization's profitability and long-term growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading procurement across a wide range of categories, including ingredients, packaging, contract manufacturing, logistics, and corporate services. A key focus will be on building best-in-class capabilities, driving commodity risk management strategies, and fostering strategic supplier partnerships that enhance innovation, quality, and customer value. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain leadership, with a strong background in managing commodity-based supply chains and agricultural inputs. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in delivering cost savings, working capital improvements, and procurement transformation, particularly within complex, multi-site manufacturing organizations. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or advanced degree. The ideal candidate will have executive leadership experience within commercial baking and be adept at partnering with cross-functional teams to support enterprise objectives. The role also involves building and mentoring a high-performing procurement organization, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
