Guest Services ManagerThis is an entry level hourly position. Plus bonus eligible based on guest satisfaction, monthly pay out!!We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Guest Services Manager to join our team and oversee the front desk and guest services operations of our hotel. The Guest Services Manager will be responsible for managing a team of guest service agents, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, and providing excellent customer service to guests. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Manage and lead a team of guest service agents, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluationsOversee the daily operation of the front desk, including handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and requestsEnsure that tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, including maintaining a clean and organized lobby area and adhering to safety protocolsProvide excellent customer service to guests, including assisting with questions and needs and handling complaints and concernsMonitor and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and restocking as neededComplete daily financial and operational tasks, such as reconciling the register and completing shift reportsOther duties as assignedQualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience as a guest services manager or in a leadership role in the hospitality industryStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to multitask and handle a high-volume workloadProficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office and property management systemsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededPerks:Competitive salaryPaid time offMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement plan (US only), Employer RRSP match (Canada only)Professional development opportunitiesPositive and supportive work environment
