The Nurse Candidate Program is designed to provide a financial incentive for students pursuing a career in nursing to complete degree requirements and obtain an Officer commission in the Navy Nurse Corps. ++ Scholarship Benefits ++ 1 and 2-year scholarships are available $20,000 sign-on bonus Monthly living allowance of $1,000 Guaranteed job upon graduation ($100K starting salary) This means you can get up to $44,000 to spend as you like!!! ++ Eligibility Requirements ++ Citizenship - Must be a U.S. citizen to apply Health – must meet the Navy’s physical standards Education – must be enrolled full-time in, or accepted for transfer to an accredited BSN program accredited by Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). ++ Navy Benefits ++ Competitive experience/global networking 30 days paid-time-off Medical and dental benefits – 100% coverage Competitive starting salary, housing allowance, and further educational opportunities Desirable locations!
