Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing symptoms of severe mental illness and emotional disorders, utilizing established protocols for assessment and treatment.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and achieve unified goals, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Engage respectfully with clients from diverse backgrounds, being sensitive to their unique traditions, beliefs, and interpersonal styles.

• Monitor and document client progress consistently, ensuring timely completion of reports and proactive communication with other service providers.

• Take part in crisis intervention and on-call responsibilities, providing immediate support during emergencies and ensuring clients remain safe and stable.

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the agency by participating in relevant committees and team meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse patient population that includes children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. You will work with individuals from under-resourced communities, and your understanding of the socio-economic factors impacting mental health will inform your practice. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure in the state of California is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, preferably in a community or social services setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including:
