About The Role
Our staffing firm is partnering with an established, industry-leading renewable energy construction company headquartered in Avon, MN to identify a Data Entry Clerk to support their accounts payable team. This organization is a tier 1 EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) contractor that has helped build a significant portion of the nation's utility-scale solar, wind, and energy storage infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented data entry professional to contribute to a high-volume, fast-paced AP environment within a well-respected company driving the clean energy transition.
Job Description
The Data Entry Clerk will provide critical data entry support to the accounts payable department, with a primary focus on invoice validation and accuracy. This is a highly repetitive, high-volume role ideal for someone who thrives on consistency, precision, and process-driven work.
Key Responsibilities Include
Managing high-volume invoice processing within the AP Agility system.
Cross-referencing entries against source invoices to maintain accuracy and data integrity.
Identifying and resolving invoice discrepancies within the AP Agility system.
Ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
Providing ongoing data entry support to the accounts payable team as needed.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Ability to perform repetitive, high-volume work with strong attention to detail.
