We're hiring an Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This role is designed for motivated, coachable professionals who want structure and income growth tied directly to results. • Base salary of $18 to $20 per hour

Responsibilities

• Generate and close new auto, home, and related insurance policies through inbound and outbound sales
• Conduct needs analysis, provide accurate quotes, and guide clients through policy binding
• Maintain consistent daily activity levels including calls, quotes, and follow-ups
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
• Build long-term client relationships through ethical sales and disciplined follow-up

Requirements

• An active insurance license is required
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Confidence and professionalism in phone and client interactions
• Coachable mindset with the ability to apply feedback quickly
