What You'll Be Doing As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our food and beverage operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: Supervising daily food and beverage operations to maintain high-quality service. Assisting in the preparation and presentation of food and drinks. Ensuring cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards. Managing inventory and coordinating with suppliers as needed. Training and motivating team members to perform at their best. Addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally. Collaborating with the team to enhance the overall guest experience.
