Job Summary This position is responsible for assisting customers with their documentation inquiries or concerns related to their export cargo shipment. Key Responsibilities: Communicates clearly with team members regarding workload, customer particulars, and problems. Liaises between data entry teams and customers to ensure missing information is received and customer’s requirements are understood via Standard Operating Procedures. Provides shipment details and bills of lading to customers when requested. Communicates with overseas agencies to ensure corrections can be applied and cargo is available for release. Updates bill of lading according to customer’s requests with little to no errors generated. Performs other duties as required.
