$200.00 Hiring BonusLocation(s):Matapeake, Graysonville and Kent Island Elementary School and Centreville Elementary SchoolPay: $15.00Hours: Monday through Friday am 6am-9am pm 3pm-6pmLooking for a part-time role that fits around the school day?AlphaBEST Education provides extended day, summer, and enrichment programs that are designed to inspire and engage students while they discover and learn beyond the school day.For those who have experience working with students, the Group Leader role offers the opportunity to shape meaningful before and after school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive.We're looking for an early learning professional who:Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environmentTakes child safety seriously and follows procedures closelyIs flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever neededIn this role, you will:Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts)Make child safety the top priority at all timesKeep the space clean and organizedHelp create an environment where kids feel supported and includedBuild strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staffThis role is ideal for educators with experience in:Teaching or classroom leadershipYouth programsStaff supervision or team leadershipRequirements:High School diploma or equivalent requiredCPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain)Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)ADD ANY ADDITIONAL DISTRICT/STATE REQUIREMENTS Why Join Us?At AlphaBEST, we believe in boosting your potential.
