- Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with all potential and existing referral sources.
- Provide support for the referral sources/potential admissions by addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback appropriately and effectively in a timely manner.
- Serve as the primary resource for facility promotions.
- Develop and provide information for marketing materials or presentation as needed.
- Coordinator the entire process of referral to admission, including obtaining of approvals and authorizations.
- Work with Administrators to meet short term and long-term census goals.
- Travel to hospitals and other potential admission sources.
- Long term care experience is preferred.
- MUST be LPN or RN
- Sales, marketing, or admission background preferred
- Knowledge base of local healthcare markets.
- Experience working with healthcare insurance companies.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to plan, organize and effectively present ideas and concepts to community groups and agencies.
