The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Director of Quality & Regulatory Affairs, this role manages the implementation and compliance of food safety programs and quality systems to ensure our products and systems meet our customers' requirements and comply with applicable Federal, State, and Local Regulatory Agencies.

What You’ll Lead

• Lead and support site-level Quality Management Systems (QMS), food safety, and regulatory compliance programs
• Ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, SQF, GMP, and customer quality standards
• Support audits, inspections, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor quality and food safety KPIs, investigate issues, and help drive resolution plans
• Manage customer complaints, CAPA processes, traceability, and validation programs
• Partner cross-functionally with production, warehouse, maintenance, and leadership teams
• Train, mentor, and support development of the quality team
• Help maintain a strong food safety and quality-focused culture across the facility

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field required
• 2+ years of USDA regulatory experience required
• 2+ years of SQF experience required
• Experience leading Quality Systems within a food manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of food safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance processes
• Ability to work onsite in Colorado Springs, CO
