What You'll Do:Lead architecture, design, and implementation of full‑stack capabilities across cloud‑native microservicesOwn major system components and guide the technical roadmap for modernization and cloud adoptionDevelop distributed, secure, scalable back‑end services using Python, Java/Spring Boot, or similar technologiesArchitect and govern cloud deployments (AWS), including Kubernetes clusters, IaC, security controls, and reliability patternsGuide teams in DevSecOps execution, including GitLab CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, secure coding standards, and supply‑chain integrityIntegrate large‑scale data, search, or analytic pipelines, such as Kafka, NiFi, ElasticsearchPartner with product owners, mission users, and cross‑functional engineering teams to define requirements and technical strategyMentor and support mid‑level and junior engineers; perform code reviews and drive engineering best practicesEvaluate emerging technologies such as LLMs/AI, synthetic data, augmented development tools for mission applicabilityJoin us. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
