Embark on a rewarding contract position providing dedicated care for a student in an inviting educational environment near Riverside, CA. This school-based opportunity is perfect for an LPN or LVN passionate about making a meaningful difference in a student’s daily life. You'll serve as a vital 1:1 healthcare partner, offering direct support and expertise as soon as a student enrolls in the program.

Key Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted LPN or LVN license in the state of California
• Experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly desirable
• Strong tracheostomy care skills—recent hands-on experience preferred
• Capacity to work independently and respond quickly to varied student healthcare needs
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach with a commitment to confidentiality

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized, attentive care to a student on a one-to-one basis throughout program participation
• Perform all necessary trache care, including monitoring, cleaning, and suctioning as required
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a safe, inclusive, and responsive school experience
• Accurately document all interventions and student health updates in compliance with medical and educational standards
• Build trust and rapport with students, families, and school staff

Role Details:

• Contract position; start immediately once a student is enrolled
• Work hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 2:45–6:00 PM; Tuesday from 1:30–6:00 PM
