About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Strategic Finance, Planning, and Analytics to serve as a pivotal strategic partner, providing financial leadership, enterprise analytics, and strategic decision support to foster long-term value creation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the enterprise financial planning and analysis process, strategic finance initiatives, and major capital expenditure investment evaluations. This role demands a professional with a strong background in financial acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical rigor, capable of influencing decision-making and leading data-enabled transformation across a large, decentralized organization. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include leading and developing FP&A, strategic finance, pricing analytics, and business analytics teams, as well as partnering with leadership to establish performance objectives and provide data-driven recommendations. The role also involves leading the enterprise business analytics strategy, overseeing the development of business cases, and driving the standardization of analytics capabilities across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing finance and analytics organizations, with a focus on fostering a culture of analytical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for advanced degrees or certifications, and at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in related disciplines.
