As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist tenants, visitors, and staff with professionalism. You will communicate clearly, respond to security-related concerns, and contribute to a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and members of the public by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities in a commercial real estate district.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed foot patrols of assigned streets, sidewalks, building exteriors, common areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and emergency responders as directed by site procedures.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the assigned area to help deter unauthorized activity and support a welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and businesses.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and interactions accurately in required reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
