This role blends clinical support, patient engagement, and light administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Clinical Support Assist chiropractors with patient flow and treatment setup Escort patients to treatment areas and ensure comfort Prepare therapy modalities (e.g., e-stim, shockwave therapy, traction, hot/cold therapy) Provide instruction on prescribed exercises and rehab protocols Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment areas Patient Experience Build strong rapport with patients and create a welcoming environment Educate patients on treatment plans and expectations Encourage compliance with care plans and follow-up visits Handle patient questions with professionalism and empathy Operations & Administrative Support Assist with scheduling and patient check‑in/check‑out as needed Maintain accurate patient documentation in EMR Coordinate with front desk and providers to optimize clinic flow Support daily clinic operations and team communication Qualifications Prior experience in a chiropractic, physical therapy, or medical office preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills High level of organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Positive attitude with a team‑first mentality Basic computer/EMR proficiency Preferred (Not Required) Experience with personal injury patients Familiarity with rehab exercises or therapy modalities Background in fitness, kinesiology, or healthcare Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Performance‑based incentives Paid time off Opportunities for growth within Momentum Medical Training and development in clinical and patient care systems What We’re Looking For Someone who brings energy, urgency, and professionalism every day A team player who wants to grow within a high‑performance clinic A patient advocate who genuinely cares about outcomes Someone coachable and eager to learn Why Momentum Medical?
