Board Certified Behavior Analyst Downingtown, PA Monday to Friday Private School and young adult program in Downingtown, Pennsylvania serving children and young adults with autism seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who is looking to make a difference in the lives of children and young adults with autism. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced BCBA who wants to maintain a hands on presence with those they serve. Exempt Position The Board Certified Behavior Analyst is responsible for the provision of: Staff training and evaluation Individual student assessment Curriculum development Development and supervision of behavior support programs Monitoring of student performance / data analysis On site supervision of instructional programming including travel and overnight stays during student/client trips.
