Senior Associate, Product Solutions

Location Hybrid – 3 days per week. Occasionally reports to White Plains, NY. Role Overview Senior Associate on the Life Insurance Product Solutions team at the Professional (PF3) level. Responsible for contributing to operational improvements that enhance the in‑force Life Insurance client experience. Works collaboratively across functional areas to help improve and evolve the company’s life insurance portfolio, ensuring financial security and peace of mind for clients and their families. Responsibilities Analyze in‑force product blocks to identify and recommend enhancements that improve customer, field, and service experience across core insurance offerings. Provide subject‑matter expertise (SME) in support of value streams such as Correspondence and Digital Services, and cross‑functional process programs. Support initiatives to enhance current operations for life clients and contribute to the development of new tools that strengthen product support for internal teams and external partners. Leverage AI to improve processes that support these initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Ability to support initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Strategic/growth mindset. Technical skills to work with data and AI. High‑level written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Comfortable operating in agile environments with a focus on iteration and learning. Salary & Benefits Pay Range: $81,000 – $115,500. Overtime eligible: Exempt. Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes. Sales bonus eligible: No. Actual base salary will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
